Golden Meadow Middle School is not only a place of learning but also a historical landmark in our small fishing community.  Serving the lower part of the South Lafourche area for over 90 years, it is one of the most respected institutions of learning in Lafourche parish.

Offering many clubs, organizations, sports, and academic opportunities, our students gain a balance throughout the educational process.  Represented by red, white, and silver, our school colors and the “Mighty Lion,” our mascot, one can clearly see why the word “Pride” is a significant one in our vocabulary.
